Intelligent Temperature Control
The CW-5200 utilizes a digital controller that offers two distinct control modes. In “Smart” mode, the chiller automatically adjusts the water temperature relative to the ambient environment to prevent condensation. In “Constant” mode, it maintains a user-defined temperature precisely, ideal for sensitive laser applications.

Comprehensive Protection Mechanisms
Safety is paramount. The CW-5200 includes built-in alarms for water flow interruption, high/low temperature thresholds, and compressor overload protection. An audible buzzer and visual signal alert the operator immediately, preventing potential damage to the laser tube or spindle.
Product Details & Optional Items
The unit features a high-speed cooling fan and a high-quality compressor for efficient heat exchange. The external casing is made of sheet metal with electrostatic spraying to prevent rust.
- Optional Dual Inlet/Outlet: Available for models requiring simultaneous cooling of two heat sources.
- High-Head Pumps: TI and DI models feature increased pump head (up to 25M) for long-distance piping.
- Refrigerant Options: Environmentally friendly R410a or R407C are used to meet global ecological standards.
Ventilation Distance
Proper airflow is critical for cooling performance. Please maintain the following minimum clearances:
- Air Outlet (Back): > 50cm from walls or obstacles.
- Air Inlets (Sides): > 30cm from walls or obstacles.
Product Working Principle
The CW-5200 operates on a vapor-compression refrigeration cycle. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the circulating water via the evaporator. The compressor then raises the refrigerant pressure, and the heat is discharged to the atmosphere through the condenser and cooling fan. This continuous cycle ensures that the water remains at the target temperature before being pumped back to the equipment.
